Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. However, if you exceed the limits of your new tier (e.g., more than 10 decks on Free tier), you won't be able to create new items until you're back within limits. Existing items remain accessible.
How does the AI card scanner work?
The AI scanner uses Google Vision AI to recognize cards from photos. Upload a picture of your cards, and our AI will identify them and suggest adding them to your collection. Accuracy improves with clear, well-lit photos.
When is the trading feature coming?
Trading features are planned for v2.0.0. This will include a marketplace, price tracking, and secure card trading between users. Stay tuned for updates!
How does payment processing work?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never touches our servers. You can manage your subscription anytime through our customer portal.
