Account & Authentication
How do I reset my password?
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from your account settings. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Deck Builder & Collection
What are the deck limits for each tier?
Free tier allows 10 decks, Starter tier allows 100 decks, and Pro tier offers unlimited decks. All users can choose whether their decks are public or private.
Is my data automatically saved?
Yes! All your decks and collection data are automatically saved to the cloud in real-time.
Subscriptions & Billing
How do I upgrade my subscription?
Visit your account settings and click "Upgrade" to choose a new tier. Your new features will be available immediately.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
What's your refund policy?
EU customers have 14 days to request a full refund. Outside the EU, refunds are handled case-by-case for billing errors or service outages.
Technical Issues
The site is loading slowly
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. If the issue persists, contact support with details about your browser and connection.
I found a bug, how do I report it?
